Payment
To pay for your order on Yasohair.com, follow the steps below:
1. If you want to buy a single product, click the “Pay with Paypal” or “Pay Later” on the product page, then log in to your Paypal account to pay, or pay through Credit Card or Debit Card directly.
2. If you buy multiple products, select the option and enter quantity, then click “ADD TO CART” and turn to the cart page, click the button “Pay with Paypal” or “Pay Later” then do the same thing as step 1.
3. On the cart page, you can also click the button “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” and turn to the check page, then click the button “Pay with Paypal” or “Pay Later” to complete payment.
- Paypal Account Balance, all debit and credit cards accepted by Paypal.
- For large orders, we suggest placing orders offline and paying by bank transfer, contact email: info@yasohair.com.
If your payment for an order has failed, please check it is not due to the following situations:
1. Card security code failed
Please note that an incorrect card security code could cause payment failure. Card security code is the short numeric code on the back of your credit card. Please verify that you have entered the correct card security code and try again.
2. Insufficient fund
If you meet the short fund error log when you make a payment by credit card, please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that payment for your order does not exceed your credit limit.
Shipping
We ship via FedEx or DHL. It usually takes 2-5 business days to North America and Western European countries and 4-8 business days to other countries and regions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, enabling you to track your order.
NOTE: PO.Box is not accepted. Don’t use a PO.Box as your shipping address. Otherwise, the package can not be delivered.
And you need to add your phone number when you file the shipping info.
Here is how you track your order:
Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order. Then, track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped.
If you don’t know your tracking number or are having difficulty
tracking your package, feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance.
Free Shipping Countries/Regions: United Kingdom (UK), Canada, United States (US).
To other countries/regions, we will charge USD20 as the shipping cost.
The custom of your country determines the customs duty. And it is uncertain to know how much about it.
If the customs charge duty, you need to pay for it yourself.
Returns
If you want to cancel/change your order before shipping out, please get in touch with us by email or Whatsapp asap; Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.

If you don’t want your order or you place the wrong order, or want a longer length, and you would like to exchange the order, you need to pay for the return charge, and your refund will be reduced by $30 (because of the shipping fee we spent at the beginning).
We don’t provide a return label. If you need to return, please contact us via email, and then we will give you the return information. Then, you can try to use the USPS to return it.
If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, the quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
If the return is due to the buyer’s problems (such as don’t like, don’t want, or ordering the wrong product/size ), we will remove $30 from your refund as the freight and handling fee loss.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be returned to your PayPal account, credit card, or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
