Shipment Policy

We ship the goods via Express such as DHL or FedEx.

We(the seller) bear the shipping fee to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, which means free shipping for the buyers from these countries. For other countries/regions, we will charge $20 for shipping.

The buyer shall bear the following conditions:

1. If the country/region of the consignee imposes customs duty, it shall be paid by the buyer.

2. The Buyer shall be liable for any delay in delivery or change of address caused by the buyer.

3. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer’s cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

Handling Time: 

Shipping out within 1-3 days we have received your payment

Delivery Time: 

The USA/Canada: 3-5 business days. Other Countries: 4-8 business days.

 Helpful Hint: 

1. Normally, the local shippers deliver packages on the workday( Mon. – Fri.). Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered safely and punctually, you should choose an address where you can receive the package on the workday as the shipping address. In addition, it is best to keep your phone open because the shipper might contact you via phone.

2. Some shipping services we use should have the customer’s signature for successful delivery. If we ship the goods to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please ensure that you or your authorized person are at the delivery address.
